Choose a Trade & Get Hired by Lyons

ABC Apprenticeship Program

Entering the ABC Apprentice program is the first step to a long career with Lyons Electric! An apprenticeship allows you to start learning a trade right out of high school without any prior experience and will turn into a career once you complete the program. Programs take three to five years to complete, during which you will be doing on-the-job and in-class training sessions to learn everything you need to be successful. The overall idea is that you’re gaining hands-on experience rather than just classroom knowledge, and like with any job, getting paid throughout the process!

After completing the application and any testing required for specific trades, you are considered a “Qualified Applicant” and will be required to secure employment. That’s where we’d love to help! Send in your resume and we will be in touch.

All you need to get started is a driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent! So what are you waiting for?

Choosing the Right Career

  • Experience job security by working in a field with a growing job outlook and increasing value – jobs are available when you need them
